I am passionate about developing and executing on multi-channel marketing strategies for eCommerce and SaaS business models. Sometimes this spills over into product management.

In the last few years I've built multiple marketing teams and made ±40 hires. I have also managed teams of developers across 4 timezones for end-to-end site build projects.

Marketing specific - I have built and implemented:
• SEM & PPC budgets of $200k/month
• Affiliate networks and business development partnerships of $1m/month
• Offline media budgets of $150k/month, including public transit, trade journals, newspapers, billboards
• End-to-end CRM systems, cross channel attribution, cohort models, A/B + multivariate testing, customer lifetime value methodologies

Work experience with US and UK markets. 2x acquisition experience in the US. Investor & fund-raising experience in the UK.

I manage and train teams to tackle marketing problems with an analytics mindset.

Work Experience

Founder of Marketing & Product Management Consultancy

Cohort LTV - London, UK, Jun 2016 – Present
I've combined marketing experience with a passion for product management to create a full service marketing and product magnagement consultancy servicing eCommerce and SAAS clients throughout Europe. I help clients implement creative marketing solutions to their acquisition and product development hurdles.

I created a secondary/outsourcing arm to the business, Devyloop, which works with high-growth internet companies, helping them scale manual tasks at market-competitive rates.

CMO & Product Lead

Everpress - London, UK, Jun 2015 – Apr 2017
I joined Everpress as employee #1 during a period of time when the product could be built from the ground up with marketing and conversion optimisation in mind. Setting us up for success, prior to migration from beta site to full site I set up a comprehensive CRM system, email and SEM automated marketing segmentation, an auto generating SEO landing page structure, and a monetization model in which each iterative sale generates incrementally higher profit margins. We've since shipped to customers in 60 countries and have teams in 3 locations.

Head of Acquisitions

Swoon Editions - London, UK, Sep 2014 – May 2015
I managed a multi million £ acquisition budget for the UK-based eCommerce furniture retailer. Marketing efforts spanned across traditional above the line print and outdoor media, as well as a variety of paid search, affiliate, and digital retargeting opportunities. All on-site conversion optimization and CRM activities were likewise funneled through my team. I introduced a cohort methodology that allowed us to more accurately measure the value of our acquired visitors, based on customer lifetime value. Within 5 months my team grew traffic by +160% and doubled cohort revenue.

Manager, Strategic Accounts & Business Development

Ancestry.com - San Francisco, CA, Aug 2012 – Sept 2013
After the acquisition of Archives.com by Ancestry.com, I managed the full transition of all 2000+ affiliates into Ancestry. With the change also came a transition onto a new ad server, and subsequent global backlink changes for all of our affiliates. Throughout the transition I helped redesign Ancestry's Oracle accounting system to allow for an increased standard of affiliate payment frequency. I segmented our affiliates based on performance level and developed custom API integrations to grow the top 5%.

Senior Business Development Associate

Inflection - Redwood City, CA, Jun 2011 – Aug 2012
Acted in business development capacity working with new digital opportunities for the subset of portfolio brands. Gravitated towards affiliate and partner management, most closely with the Archives.com brand. Consistently outperformed KPI growth targets. Was eventually acquired by Ancestry.com for $100 million.
